Documents Checklist

Income & Employment

Although not required for some of our alternative home loans, these documents verify your income and employment status.

Bank Statements

In most cases, two months of bank statements will be required, along with verification of any gift funds.

Credit Report

With your green light, we’ll run your credit report to help determine eligibility.

Insurance

We’ll need your insurance carrier’s contact information, plus proof of homeowner’s insurance and other policies if necessary.
